Beginning her practice in 1995, she transitioned from a corporate career at Neiman Marcus to teaching in 2001, deepening her studies at Yogaville Ashram under Swami Satchidananda. Based in San Diego since 2002, Amy teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga for Ripples of Healing, integrating Reiki Level 2 certification and sound healing into her compassionate classes. Currently completing her master's in Clinical Counseling with trauma-informed care focus, this devoted mother of two creates nurturing spaces where students reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and healing sound.

Zachary Brown

A passionate yoga teacher and cancer survivor whose personal journey deeply informs his approach to wellness, healing, and mindful living. With over a decade of practice and multiple certifications—including 200-hour Budokon Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga training—Zach brings a dynamic, thoughtful perspective to every class. A yoga practitioner of over 25 years who began teaching in 2013 after discovering yoga's power to heal her chronic scoliosis pain. What started as physical relief transformed into profound emotional and mental healing, fueling her passion to help others access their innate healing abilities. As founder of Ripples of Healing Online Community and Pier To Point Wellness and Spa in San Diego, this grateful mother of two teaches gentle flows and restorative yoga designed to create space in body, mind, and spirit. A Brazilian mystic arts facilitator, holistic children's mentor, and movement teacher with over 13 years of experience guiding individuals through soulful, embodied practices. Trained at The Soul of Yoga and various mystery schools, she blends traditional yogic lineages—Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin—with spiritual philosophy, astrology, breathwork, and ancient wisdom traditions for an integrative healing approach. Chandler Price

Strives to offer students a mental, physical, and emotional reset in every class by stripping the practice down to its essence. Tailoring each session to complement the day's energy and her intuitive sense of students' needs, Chandler offers crystal-clear cueing, unwavering connection to breath, and medicinal sequences with lasting effects. A lifelong student and spiritual seeker with 300+ hours of training since 2015, she's dedicated to living well through plant-based nutrition, movement, meditation, and adventure. Brent Honnerlaw

Brent is an E-RYT 500 certified in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga who teaches diverse styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Qi Gong. He incorporates multiple musical instruments into his classes and offers sound healings, workshops, and retreats while teaching at studios, corporations, and recovery centers. Through storytelling, he weaves yoga philosophy and mythology into his teaching. As a spiritual and compassionate instructor, his goal is guiding students into deeper internal awareness and closer to the Divine, living his yoga on and off the mat while inspiring others to do the same.
